Why “no-fly, no-buy” is bad

The Constitutional right to travel is at least as fundamental as the Constitutional right to own a gun. The problem with using the “no-fly” list to restrict either is that it is generated entirely as the result of executive branch desire, having no process safeguards for those on it. Which is why the ACLU opposes proposed “no-fly, no buy” laws.

Many other liberals agree with the ACLU on this.
