Bees’ habitat loss

Most bees do not live in colonies and do not produce honey. So their decline should not be viewed as colony collapse. The explanation may be as simple as the reduction of plants on which they depend. In short: habitat loss. The research for this was done in the Netherlands. The underlying factors are worldwide.
