Skim milk more fattening than whole milk

sirenTwo studies suggest that whole milk and whole milk yogurt is less fattening than the skim milk alternatives. Which should surprise no one at this point. The old notions that more fat in food made for fatter people, more cholesterol made more cholesterol in the blood, fairly well ignored that digestion is a complex process, much intertwined with hormones, activity, and how one lives.

Of course, any coffee drink for which you pay more than $3 is goes straight to your hips.
