Water, desalinated or frozen

While it’s cool that University of Texas chemists have invented a more efficient process for desalinating water, I will hold off my investment, given that they think “that almost every yacht sold today has a tiny, inefficient reverse-osmosis pump.” Only if one looks at high-end yachts, over a certain size or price, might that be the case.
