Some of the soi-disant survivalists I have met have stocked up on everything from MREs to ammunition, but couldn’t walk a mile to save their lives. This 83 year-old Japanese woman, a rice farmer, demonstrates real survival skills: fitness, determination, and a ready bicycle. Now me? I have my own way of getting ready.
