The US Constitution guarantees the freedom to travel. (Do you know why?) That does not mean it is required or wise to eliminate driver’s licenses, as Georgia legislator Bobby Franklin wants to do. Tajikistan is harassing bearded men in an attempt to curb Islamism. A Canadian couple visiting Britain paid £135 for a toy soldier. The political (not financial) idiocy came when its miniature, plastic rifle was confiscated at Gatwick Airport. Given the subject line, there has to be an obligatory link about Michele Bachmann.
